Josh and his wife Liz are amazing people. We first discovered them on their YouTube channel, That Florida Life. Such useful tips about the surrounding areas and fun people to watch! Josh went the extra mile us. Since we were living in another state he made us feel so comfortable to trust him with this life changing purchase. He toured numerous homes for us. Took videos of the home pointed out things that could be a concern and highlighted what was great. He drove through areas of neighborhoods explaining what amenities came with at each home we were interested in. We were able to see from another state what the area felt like because of how much he truly went the extra mile for us. He listens to what you like and don’t like. He was honest, trustworthy and very dependable. We would recommend Josh and Liz 100%!!

Great knowledge of the area(s) we were interested in in Venice. On top of new listings as soon as they were out. Extremely responsive and helpful, which was especially important as we were searching for and purchasing a property remotely. Provided remote video tours, even returning to the purchased property to assist with additional information prior to closing. Having Josh assist with our purchase was about as close to being in-person in Venice as we could get!

Josh Wilson is a fantastic agent. I live in Georgia but was looking for a home in Florida. I wasn't even sure exactly where I wanted to buy, just knew the specifics of the type of house.
