Much to my pleasant surprise, he turned out to be probably best realtor in Sarasota area. He cooperated with my sister-in-law who was knowledgeable about real estate. Furthermore, he advised me to submit contingency to fix faulty sliding door which got eventually fixed. Overall, he is way better than pathetic realtor who sold my house in Metro Detroit area.
