Josh was great to deal with. He introduced us to Wellen Park salesperson and was with us every step of the way until closing. He was a good communicator and very responsive and professional. He was always available to help with anything at all. Having a home built while living very far away is stressful but Josh sent us videos to show progress and also one of final walkthrough since we couldn't attend. We highly recommend him!
