We met Josh about a year ago, via phone. Immediately, he was responsive and excited to help us understanding our goals, both financially and what was most important to us. Josh was great to deal with. He introduced us to Wellen Park salesperson and was with us every step of the way until closing. He was a good communicator and very responsive and professional. He was always available to help with anything at all. Having a home built while living very far away is stressful but Josh sent us videos to show progress and also one of final walkthrough since we couldn't attend. We highly recommend him!
Josh started by showing us several neighborhoods. We chose two areas . Still looked around Florida including east coast. Decided on an area that gave us the most of what we wanted. Which was one the areas Josh took us to.

My wife and I were looking for a home in SWFL we started off with an agent recommended by one of the big home search sites. 3 weeks into our pre-approval period we hadn't gotten anything other than lists of possible homes. We remembered Shark tooth reality from an unrelated search and got in contact with Josh Wilson... that's where our luck changed! We had given up on finding our dream home, but Josh delivered in a big way. First, he communicates instantly to figure out where you are in the process. Then he hit the ground sending us video tours of every home we liked within days. He even went back to our top picks and did facetime videos so we could ask questions about the home all in quick timing. Our dream was to have a home with a pool and on a canal, but we had all but given up on that. Josh's website showed us a home matching everything we wanted before it was on the normal big sites. This gave us huge competitive edge over other buyers. Josh was quick to get in contact with the seller and get our offer in first. This particular home was priced to move and naturally brought multiple bids. With Josh on our team, we were able to beat the bidding by $500 over asking. He did this by being an upstanding guy that built a good relationship with selling agent and making sure we the most punctual on our end.
