We found Josh watching his YouTube videos, then reached out to come down for a visit. Josh always had time for us in person, emails, or chats. He would send pictures and videos when we were unable to make the trip down. Josh is a professional, also a down to earth friendly guy. We met Josh about a year ago, via phone. Immediately, he was responsive and excited to help us understanding our goals, both financially and what was most important to us. We kept in contact throughout the year and formulated a plan. Josh always made time for us no matter what questions and concerns we had. We were living in Massachusetts and dreaming of Venice Florida for what seemed like forever. When we decided to tour the Wellen Park area Josh met us the day after we arrived in Florida and spent about 8 hours with us. We reviewed so many Villa's and Condo's all throughout the Wellen Park area. There was so much to see and understanding the key differences was essential to us making a decision. Our goal originally was to review and come home back to Massachusetts and discuss. However. with Josh's help and communication between the Association and us, we found our dream villa. So we rushed back to Massachusetts to pull it all together. Josh was with us every step of the way. Whether it was a call to see how we were holding up, or a video showing us our dream villa was awaiting us. He was so kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Josh was great to deal with. He introduced us to Wellen Park salesperson and was with us every step of the way until closing. He was a good communicator and very responsive and professional. He was always available to help with anything at all. Having a home built while living very far away is stressful but Josh sent us videos to show progress and also one of final walkthrough since we couldn't attend. We highly recommend him!
Josh started by showing us several neighborhoods. We chose two areas . Still looked around Florida including east coast. Decided on an area that gave us the most of what we wanted. Which was one the areas Josh took us to.
