Josh has been present every step of the way. Since we couldn’t see the house before deposit, he took a video. Josh negotiated with the builder and we got a great deal. He was with us and pointed out blemishes that needed touching up both inside and outside. Final walk through Josh made sure the punch list was finished. Then he offered to send out the closing packet from Mattamy homes. We won’t move until August and so he set up a lockbox with 1 key and will look at the property when in the area and especially in bad weather. He really knows the area, is so helpful and does want his buyers to have an exceptional experience. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Josh will be the one to exceed expectations.
