I was looking for someone who I knew I could depend on while trying to buy a winter home in Florida while living in New York. I started to watch quite a few YouTube videos on people who covered Brightmore 55 plus community which is what we were interested in. As I continue to watch I noticed Josh Not only would tell you about the community but about the builders, their quality, features that they offer, price point etc etc. I contacted him and he responded immediately and as we continue to talk I felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and and kept me updated at each stage. From the moment we called Josh we knew he was the real estate agent for us. When we met him to sit and chat we knew we were in great hands. He listened and understood exactly what we were looking for in a house. He went to work showing us many beautiful houses then one day he said I found your home! That was it! He dropped by to make sure we were settling in and brought us a beautiful welcome basket filled with snacks and essentials because...of course, we had nothing! We even got to meet his awesome wife who is also in the hospitality business! I came across Josh‘s YouTube channel when I started researching the southwest Florida real estate market. It was clear he was very knowledgeable about new construction, in terms of both construction quality and the market. He also seemed to be honest and straightforward, more so than some of the other agents I came across. I was not disappointed once I began to work with him. He has an excellent relationship with the builders in the greater Venice area and knows the market inside out. We were able to work together to get a great deal and I’m thrilled with my new home. He has been there to help with various things, even after the closing. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a new construction home in his area.

From our first conversation with Josh we knew that he was the realtor that we wanted to help us find our forever home. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions of neighborhoods based on what he heard. We did a couple of power house hunting days with Josh. He gave us tips and shared his knowledge with us. Several builder’s representatives in different communities told us what good hands we were in. Once we narrowed down some home specifics Josh helped us find our dream home on a wonderful lot. Because we lived 7 hours away we had to rely on Josh to go to the some of the homes and take pictures and email/ text us. Once we found a couple of great homes based on Josh’s research and walkthroughs, he helped us through the process of purchasing in Englewood. He met systems check people and did lots of walk throughs making sure that we were happy with the home we were getting.
