He helped guide us through our first home purchase and answered our endless questions. He drove us to different houses on numerous occasions and showed us around the area. Josh also made sure he was present during the house inspections and picked up many problems and ensured the contractors started fixing them ready before closing. He's always been available to discuss and advise on any issue with the house. Lastly, Josh is a really nice person and is easy to get a long with. He has a calm and pleasant personality that allows him to get on with people of all ages - including our (at times grumpy) child! I started to watch quite a few YouTube videos on people who covered Brightmore 55 plus community which is what we were interested in. As I continue to watch I noticed Josh Not only would tell you about the community but about the builders, their quality, features that they offer, price point etc etc. I contacted him and he responded immediately and as we continue to talk I felt very comfortable with him. I came across Josh‘s YouTube channel when I started researching the southwest Florida real estate market. It was clear he was very knowledgeable about new construction, in terms of both construction quality and the market. He also seemed to be honest and straightforward, more so than some of the other agents I came across. I was not disappointed once I began to work with him. He has an excellent relationship with the builders in the greater Venice area and knows the market inside out. We were able to work together to get a great deal and I’m thrilled with my new home.
