When my wife Linda and I started looking at homes in South Florida it was very overwhelming. We started checking out YouTube and came across Josh and Liz. They have in my opinion the best and most informative channel (That Florida Life). Shortly after checking out some of their videos and literature Josh reached out to help answer any questions. Funny thing is when he first called, I was outside grilling on my Massachusetts deck with the temperature at 20 degrees! Perfect timing Josh!! After only one phone conversation I knew we had found our Florida Realtor. Fast Forward... after a lot of debate, we choose Beachwalk by Manasota Key! We decided on a new build and Josh was with us every step of the way. We did multiple face times and phone conversations showing us different lots and basically anything we wanted to see. Josh always took our calls or called us right back. Josh handpicked our Construction manager (Patrick Clark) who was great. We closed on our new home on 10/29/25 and of course Josh was there. Josh and Liz recently even met Linda and I at the High Tide, Beachwalk's bar and grill for drinks and lunch just to catch up and make sure everything was going smoothly. In brief; hire. Josh as your realtor, you will not, I will repeat, you will not be disappointed! In all honesty, I don't think I've been treated this well in any aspect of business in the last 50 years. He is about getting you what you want, not what he wants. If you want a flashy realtor that takes great pictures of themselves and appear to actually care about you go elsewhere. He will do whatever it takes to make your purchase or sale as easy as possible. He has so much insight into all aspects of homes and his personality is exemplary. I cannot say enough about working with Josh. I wish our selling realtor in New York was 1/3 as good as Josh. Again, do not hesitate to hire Josh as your realtor, you will not, you will not be disappointed.

We have "known" Josh for a few years. We've been following him online since June of 2023, and met with him in March 2025. That is where our story began, and where our dream started to really take shape.
