We had been working with John to sell our house and we decided we wanted to buy a condo. Based on our pet restrictions, he gave us a couple communities that would work well for us. When we settled on Royal Park, we found a unit that seemed just right for us. Alas, we didn't get it, nor the next one. But being patient and jumping when we saw the 3rd one, worked out for the best. WOW!! We had reached out to John in Dec 2020 to discuss selling our house. We had agreed that the market was pretty steady and decided we would wait until Apr. What a great idea.
