We had been working with John to sell our house and we decided we wanted to buy a condo. Based on our pet restrictions, he gave us a couple communities that would work well for us. When we settled on Royal Park, we found a unit that seemed just right for us. Alas, we didn't get it, nor the next one. But being patient and jumping when we saw the 3rd one, worked out for the best. In this market, I’ve searched for houses that were ridiculously overpriced for their condition. I would often ask John...why would their realtors let them price this house so far off base. He explained that it’s usually a mix of sellers looking at a Zillow estimate, or go by what their neighbors are selling their house for, or simply just a pie-in-the-sky list price. John sold me my first house when I moved to south Florida in 2013. He was very professional and most importantly, wouldn’t let me pay more than what a home was worth. When it came time to sell, it was a no-brainer I would call on him to sell my house and find me a new one. John is brutally honest at telling you what my home would sell for and brought the receipts to prove his findings.
