"John Christopher knew I was desperate for a quick closing, and he absolutely delivered on that. The total time from when my house went on the market to when I had the funds from the sale in my bank account was eight days! The amount of coordination that John had to do very quickly was enormous, but he did it with a positive attitude and always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what my options were, and he always explained the pros and cons of each decision I had to make without giving his opinion unless I specifically asked for it.
