After leaving banking, he joined a private equity firm focused on revitalizing underperforming real estate assets. Once Joe completed the private equity firm's fundraising, his boss paid for him to obtain his real estate license, recognizing Joe’s intense passion for the field. Today, Joe and Brett Blanchard operate as a real estate team, specializing in working with contractors, investors looking to expand their portfolios, and first-time homebuyers. They offer a full suite of services, including interior design work for new construction and renovations. Known for his determination, compassion, and expertise, Joe’s clients praise him for his transparency throughout the entire process, taking the time to educate them and ensuring they’re comfortable with all the details. Joe is a lover of New Orleans nightlife, and when he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his pets and tinkering with projects around the house.
