Joe hired an excellent photographer and videographer, resulting in top notch online listing photos which literally showed our home in its best light (the photographer returned the following morning so that the front of the house could be photographed in full sunlight). Joe used multiple marketing vehicles and platforms to give the home maximum exposure. He was aggressive in a good way about reaching out to other agents to market the property and follow-up on buyer interest. Joe is also willing to conduct frequent open houses, which is what ultimately led to the sale of our home.

Joe took me to many homes and was quick to respond.No matter what time it was, if I called or texted and had questions, he was always right there with a quick response. We kept the time to evaluate each home with me.And think of questions to ask that even I did not think of asking. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable!
