We are a transitioning military family who have never purchased a home, until now. We left Hawaii and moved to Florida not knowing anything about the area. We are from CA originally and my husband’s job brought us to Sarasota. We were referred to Joe from a military family friend and were so glad we asked them for the referral! Joe was so warm, kind and accommodating! I came from CA for one weekend and he made time to meet with us and show us numerous homes (new and old) even though he ultimately knew where I wanted to end up! Without ever meeting me or my husband he knew we were going to want to end up exactly where we ended up! He still took the time to let me see all the homes I wanted to see. With this being our first home we had a LOT of questions and concerns along the way and Joe never made us feel less then. He was never pushy or forceful he really just felt like a friend of the family who was supporting us along the way! We could never thank him enough for being with us on this journey, we can’t wait for this new chapter in our lives and what a positive experience we had with him. Joe was always easy to get a hold of, available to explain things we didn’t understand, and willing to speak on our behalf during hard times. We would choose Joe over and over again and we would refer him to all our friends and family! He feels like family now, he’s kind of stuck with us!

Joe and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our house. There was no guesswork as all steps were laid out without any questions. They were super helpful when it came to the small questions as well as the big ones. Highly recommended!

trying to buy a home and living in another state is not an easy task, you need a guy like joe... He was our eyes, looking at pictures on the computer just don't cut it.. we tased with joe in length on what we were looking for and he clearly listened... never trying to sway us into a house just to make a sale. we would find homes and it was a quick phone call to joe and he shot out there to look at it before we lost a chance at it... he sent us video, more pictures and gave us his honest opinion on the properties . Joe helped us find our retirement home... what a ride it was!! Couldn't ever thank him enough. Most recently we did the same thing again buying a home for our daughter, buying a home without ever going to look at it, using joe as our eyes and listening to him guide us through yet another sale that couldn't have been any smoother... '" couldn't have done it all with out his help"

We had hired Joe & Laura Millslagle after our last agent failed to get our house sold. They got the job done in 3 months and they were always there for our phone calls/text. They are friendly and helpful. We still call them for help - refferals for a/c person etc and they are always willing to help.
