We are a transitioning military family who have never purchased a home, until now. We left Hawaii and moved to Florida not knowing anything about the area. We are from CA originally and my husband’s job brought us to Sarasota. We were referred to Joe from a military family friend and were so glad we asked them for the referral! I came from CA for one weekend and he made time to meet with us and show us numerous homes (new and old) even though he ultimately knew where I wanted to end up! trying to buy a home and living in another state is not an easy task, you need a guy like joe... He was our eyes, looking at pictures on the computer just don't cut it.. we tased with joe in length on what we were looking for and he clearly listened... never trying to sway us into a house just to make a sale. we would find homes and it was a quick phone call to joe and he shot out there to look at it before we lost a chance at it... he sent us video, more pictures and gave us his honest opinion on the properties .
