I would rate my agent as the best! I first met Joe Ghio when my brother and I listed a house in Ocean Beach. I had never met Joe before that. The house sold quickly and had just opened escrow the day or so my brother passed away very suddenly. I was in total shock and thought chaos would happen but Joe got everything worked out and we still were able to get it closed with a very slight delay. In early 2024 we listed another house in Loma Portal that was our family home. It sold very quickly and Joe handled everthing amazingly.
