I would rate my agent as the best! I first met Joe Ghio when my brother and I listed a house in Ocean Beach. I had never met Joe before that. The house sold quickly and had just opened escrow the day or so my brother passed away very suddenly. We sold a property that turned out to have a major title complication. Joe kept the buyers committed while he helped sort out the title issues with the other owners, the title company, an attorney and the escrow company. I would certainly work with him again.
