Jennie Uhlmann is THE BEST of the BEST!!!  Jennie is extremely caring, honest, patient, accommodating and flexible. She worked very hard for us and was a good communicator and negotiator. I used to be a Realtor for 7 years so I had really high expectations and standards when looking for a listing agent to sell our house in Dove Mountain.  I truly could not have asked for a better experience with Jennie!!  My wife and I interviewed many Realtors and Jennie stood out right away because she is so genuine and really cared about our less-than-ideal financial situation we got ourselves into. She spent alot of time with us learning how she could best help us and how she would respond to certain situations. She helped us with small and large tasks even before we signed the listing agreement.  She always did what she said she was going to do, which is huge! She applied NO pressure at any point but was also readily available to us and did not forget about us while we were preparing the house for sale.  Her contacts were excellent.  Her photographer took great photos, aerial shots and a floor plan. Amazing photos are so important when listing a house and she was spot on!  She appeared in a video of the inside of the house and it was so cute and professional!! She listed our house while we were away and got an offer within a week!  Having been in the field myself I know that there are so many fake and unethical Realtors out there.  It is SO crucial to choose the right Realtor to protect you when dealing with such large amounts of money and emotions.  Jennie is the RIGHT choice.  I am so grateful to Jennie for taking such good care of us.  She went above and beyond for us and I just know that she would do the same for everyone else.  You will be in the best of hands with Jennie Uhlmann.

Jennie is the absolute best! We are first time home buyers, and of course nervous and uncertain about buying a house. We met with different realtors but just clicked with Jennie. She listened, she reassured, and she explained everything in a way we could understand. She also has the best handouts with key terms for the whole process. Do you want the most kind, most knowledgeable realtor? Then you want Jennie! Can’t recommend her highly enough! Whenever we were nervous or worried, we would just call her, and she’d calmly explain everything, and by the time we’d hung up, we felt infinitely better. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

Prior to starting our search, she diligently took the time to get to know me and explain the whole process clearly on what to expect at each step as a first-time home buyer. She worked hard to ensure we were searching for houses that best met my selection criteria while immediately setting up walkthroughs as soon as possible. Communication with her was so effortless as dialogue was always kept open and she made herself as easy to reach as possible. Most notably, Jennie is truly so genuine and remarkably personable that she felt more like my family rather than my real estate agent after the first day of meeting her. 5 solid stars is an UNDER-statement. Jennie's wisdom, guidance and expertise in the market was a welcomed security, navigating the sale of our estate property. She delivered a consistent calm and strength in an often stressful and dizzying scenario after the death of our uncle. The task of selling his home from out of state, while handling other layered matters, was overwhelming for our family. Her networking and connections within the Tucson area were extremely helpful. She stayed on-top of all moving parts and streamlined the details in an otherwise distressing situation. She was clear and concise in keeping us informed during the preparation to sell, the listing process, as offers came in, and all items necessary through the closing process. Stemming from just a simple google search for a real estate agent, we feel so fortunate to have had this experience with such a proven professional in the business. Jennie has been a true blessing to our family, in every sense of the word.
