As we had a specific area in mind, Jeanie Teyechea has an excellent grasp of the area we were looking in. The key to the whole process was to stay a certain distance from my work. Jeanie took me around to different homes that met our criteria. We were able to explain what our needs were, and she found us the perfect home that met all our requirements. During this process my husband was unable to be with us. I think this made the communication process even harder than usual. However she was always available to take his calls and work with both of us even if it required explaining situations twice. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and market knowledge can’t be beat. She is definitely a professional. Between the 3 of us, we were able to find the home that we will be in forever. I would highly recommend Jeanie as she is very detailed, her follow-up is excellent, and she really knew the real estate process and knew exactly what to do during the entire process. The house search process has been ongoing since about August 2021. Multiple Real Estate Agents, Co-Brokers, and administrative staff were participants. Jeanie Teyechea became assigned to me for buying. Through Realto.com the liaison informed me she would call. That was February 15, 2022. An offer was put forth on December 4th, 2022 and escrow closed on the Globe / Miami AZ house on January 6th. Few communications with her weren't answered promptly. Several zip codes were considered, and the place that was 'it' came about quickly -- compared to past real property ownership experiences.
