Janice helped us sell a house in Clearlake. Janice helped guide us through the process of marketing, showing, coordinating the tenants schedule with the prospective buyer's schedule so the house could be shown in a timely manner. Janice was a great guide and we were very happy with her representation and the sale of the property.

Janice is a great agent, I highly recommend her. Since we live far from the property, we relied her a lot during the process. The front patio on lake front was severely damaged during 2017 flooding, Janice spent countless hours to help us finding the contractor to fix it. She also helped us to oversee the interior renovation after the tenant ruined it. We would not be able fix the property and sell it without her help.

When I arrived to look at the properties I was interested in purchasing Janice was patient and helped me tour each property. In addition, Janice was helpful with locating insurance and other utilities I needed to move in.
