I could not believe how Janice responded to finding us a home we could flip. She is extremely knowledgeable in that area, took us around to different homes and explained all the issues of the homes and what we have to put into them... and then she went over what price we could sell for and WOW we could not have done any better! We found this home with some, but not a lot of major issues, and then we were able to sell at a great price. Of course we listed with her as well, and got exactly what we were asking. Highly Recommend if your looking to invest!!!
