Janice was on tip of her game during the whole process! Being a Veteran, using my VA loan, and a first time home buyer I was lost... Janice led the way with so much knowledge & expertise. I was amazed by her commitment to me and our deal, never missing a beat. She brings with her years of experience that cannot be denied. I highly recommend her as an agent and am forever grateful!
Janice was and is the most competent Real Estate agent I've ever worked with. She found details in preparing the sale, keeping me updated the entire time and closing the sale and did it all with knowledge, a smile and fortitude not found in most agents. I will be back when we sell our home. Thanks Janice.
Great communication during this process. Very knowledgeable of our area made the home buying process less stressful for us as being first time home owners. Would recommend Janice for all your home buying process from start to finish. Thank you again for all of your hard work with our home.
Janice really advertised and put the property out there to find a buyer.
Janice went the extra mile to ensure a successful sale in challenging conditions.
Janice was very professional and I loved how she communicated with me through the process. When things got tuff she got tuffer!! Thank you 🙏
Janice was a true professional from the beginning of our home search. She was very knowledgeable on locations, home information --She also knew where to find information, if it was not readily available. There were several issues that came up in the buying process....inspections, escrow, etc.. Janice worked it out, was successful in getting through each step. She has an awesome personality, very compassionate and business like, at same time. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to find a good choice for a home. My son and I are very thankful to know Janice, and to have had her working for us, to complete our purchase.... Thank you, Janice, you are much appreciated.
I loved working with Janice to sell my property. She answered all my questions. I can tell she was solid. She was very familiar with pricing in the Clearlake area. She always keep me fully informed throughout the whole process. My property sold quickly and now I’m going on a spending spree. Happy holiday’s and thx again Janice. You’re the best!🎉🎉🎉
