When my brother passed away, we had to sell his home in order to settle the estate. And there were some complicating factors involved. We also live some hours away, which made it difficult for us to take care of matters ourselves. Janice was there for us from day one. She arranged to have the home cleaned and prepped for sale. She had the weeds cut (there was some acreage involved). She staged it wonderfully. And once we accepted a very good offer for the home, she coordinated the pest work and called in a plumber and other tradesmen to take care of some needed items. Through it all she maintained excellent communications between all parties involved to keep the process on track for closing. We are very happy with her services.

Janice was Amazing! She showed me what i needed to do to get my home sold quickly... I re-did a few things and she helped me every step of the way! The home is a beautiful home on over one acre of land, fenced and cross fenced for animals, horse stables, dog kennel and lots of room to roam... The way Janice marketed it; took all professional pictures herself paying complete attention to detail, created an amazing virtual tour and marketed it digitally, online, print media and on the air! No wonder it sold so fast and for what i was asking! I highly recommend her if you are serious about selling!

Janice is a great agent, I highly recommend her. Since we live far from the property, we relied her a lot during the process. The front patio on lake front was severely damaged during 2017 flooding, Janice spent countless hours to help us finding the contractor to fix it. She also helped us to oversee the interior renovation after the tenant ruined it. We would not be able fix the property and sell it without her help.
