We were matched with Janet for a relocation from the Northeast to CO 4 years ago. She was an incredible resource for us considering we knew nothing of the area. She spent days visiting homes, alerting us when new homes that met our needs hit the market, and informing us of what our target locations had to offer based on our lifestyle and her expert knowledge of the area. We found a wonderful place to call home and she guided us thru the entire process. Fast forward 2.5 years, we knew the area, knew where we wanted our kids to call home thru their grade school years, and we naturally called Janet to help us find our forever home. After several weeks of searching, we chose to build new and sell our home. Again, she guided us thru the sale and set us up for speedy success. Although we’re hoping to not have need to sell our new home at this point, we’d certainly call on Janet if the time came!
