I found Jana through social media when I was researching a possible move to The Villages and she seemed very knowledgeable about real estate and life here. I met with Jana my second day while visiting The Villages and she showed me multiple homes in the various areas north and south. She was very helpful in providing insight about the different areas which allowed me to decide where the best fit was for me. The following day I saw a few more homes and found “the one!” It turned out being a multiple offer situation after they had significantly dropped the price a few days before. I have purchased many homes before but she walked me through this purchase and even negotiated on my behalf when a little issue came up.
