I found Jana through social media when I was researching a possible move to The Villages and she seemed very knowledgeable about real estate and life here. I met with Jana my second day while visiting The Villages and she showed me multiple homes in the various areas north and south. She was very helpful in providing insight about the different areas which allowed me to decide where the best fit was for me. The following day I saw a few more homes and found “the one!” It turned out being a multiple offer situation after they had significantly dropped the price a few days before. I have purchased many homes before but she walked me through this purchase and even negotiated on my behalf when a little issue came up. Jana did an excellent job getting my condo sold. Condos can be a real challenge to turn over, and this unit was very hard--three contracts (first two, financing fell thru). The final contract financing bombed also, but buyer finally found a backer. It was the MOST difficult real estate transaction I have ever done, over six months start to finish. Jana and her broker Rob were persistent in their efforts, with excellent communication throughout and got me a good price.
