Exceeded expectations! Jim has represented me twice as a buyer and once as a seller (soon to be a second time as a seller.) As a single mom moving from Minnesota to Florida I felt overwhelmed. However, Jim’s professionalism and patience was exemplary. He truly listened to what my needs were and found several great options. Jim has this amazing ability to determine what a client wants even if she doesn’t articulate it. Being a CPA from the Midwest, he picked up on the fact that staying below my budget would make me the happiest, and it did. Really appreciated his understanding how important our dogs were to us and took that into consideration when showing us properties, too. When the time came to sell our condo and move into a house, Jim again went above and beyond. He provided all the market analyses and consistently gave knowledgeable and accurate advice without ever pushing an agenda.
