Exceeded expectations! Jim has represented me twice as a buyer and once as a seller (soon to be a second time as a seller.) As a single mom moving from Minnesota to Florida I felt overwhelmed. However, Jim’s professionalism and patience was exemplary. He truly listened to what my needs were and found several great options. Jim has this amazing ability to determine what a client wants even if she doesn’t articulate it. Being a CPA from the Midwest, he picked up on the fact that staying below my budget would make me the happiest, and it did.
