James is truly a God send. We first met him in March while searching for our retirement home. We traveled a wild journey along the way. First we contracted on a home and the owner was sent back to Canada due to COVID 19. James immediately contacted us in Kentucky so we came back to Ocala and found our perfect home. James was able to get our contract accepted immediately and unknown to us he also was able to get a $4500 credit for new flooring. The Realtor in Kentucky that was selling Teds house was not forthcoming, causing many delays. James tackled all these circumstances like the professional he is. Not only did he handle everything here in Ocala, he resolved all the problems in Kentucky. James is the most professional business man I have ever met. He will give you 110%. He has a super personality and will be someone you will be proud to have working with you. Again he was our God send.

When I started thinking about making the move from Virginia to Florida I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. I was 5 states away, working, and a single mom in the middle of a pandemic that had everything at a standstill. I found James on line and called him. One of the major hiccups that took place up in VA cost me family & friends here in FL that were going to help unload the truck, trailer and SUV. James came to the rescue once again for this single mom!! He and 7 of his friends showed up at my new home and unloaded everything!!
