James traveled the country to realize his dream of playing at the top professional level in the sport of billiards. Along his journey he was named Florida’s Player of The Year and an Amateur Pool Players Association 9-Ball World Champion. During this time James also obtained Associates Degrees in Business Marketing & Business Management, built 3 successful businesses by the age of 24, and became a respected figure in Horse Show Management - giving him a unique insight into the needs and wants of the equestrian consumer. His life experiences & passion for real estate have made him an invaluable asset to the community. In his own words, "This is the biggest investment of most people’s lives. This is the guy to call!

James Adams and team have to be the hardest working people in central Florida real estate. We were buying from California and so naturally had a ton of questions regarding the potential properties we saw online. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone that did and got back to us quickly. We were pretty demanding in our requirements for properties, but this never deterred the team. So far, we have bought 4 properties, and put in offers on over 10 others, using The Adams Group and wouldn't think of going elsewhere for our next purchases, or sales. The experience, knowledge, and advice given to us from James was immeasurable. No matter what time we called, James was there to answer. Overall, we really cannot recommend The Adams Group enough. Friendly, patient, experienced, responsive...they really have it all.

Great experience

James was referred by a friend of us to help us buying our house. He works with Joel which was the agent in charge of finding out home. Joel is very professional, patient and he knows what he is doing. Knowing that the process of buying a house in normal conditions is very stressful he made our process very simple and easy specially having in mind the actual housing market situation. He listened to us, to what we were looking for and it took only 2 days to find our home!! We decided to buy a house that was under construction. Joel was in touch with us the entire time until we got the keys!! Thank you for your professionalism and your service!!

Helpful at every turn of the road

James was not only knowledgeable, but helpful. He was ready with answers to questions and if he did not know, or was unsure of, the answer, he found it. James definitely went above and beyond his requirements, and made this sale feel personal to him.

James and Jenn made our home buying experience smooth and less stressful since we were out of state. It’s kinda nervous buying what you think is your dream home from another state because pictures can be deceiving on the internet James went to several homes and walked thru with videos and pics. Great guy and hopefully my new friend and work connection. We look forward having him and Jenn as our new Florida neighbors. Thanks agin guys. You rock!!
