James Adams and team have to be the hardest working people in central Florida real estate. We were buying from California and so naturally had a ton of questions regarding the potential properties we saw online. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone that did and got back to us quickly. We were pretty demanding in our requirements for properties, but this never deterred the team. So far, we have bought 4 properties, and put in offers on over 10 others, using The Adams Group and wouldn't think of going elsewhere for our next purchases, or sales. This is our third real estate transaction with James. A few years back, he was our buyer's agent and helped us find the perfect home for our family. He then helped us sell that home in record time for a record price when the time was right. And just this past week, we closed on our brand new build.
