James was our realtor a few years ago when we bought our first home here in Florida. We had such a great experience the first time, that we hired him again to sell our home a couple of years later. We had multiple offers at and over our asking price and we were under contract in less than three days! James and his team handled everything from photos, listing, open houses, and getting us to closing. He provides realistic expectations and sound advice. His amazing work ethic and personable nature are really just a bonus on top of his expertise. We are using him as our realtor a third time to represent us as we build our new home. With James’s knowledge, and positive relationships he has build in his community we not only got our brand new perfect home, we were able to visit our home each week to see building progress and we got paid at the closing table….yes that’s right we got a check back as we signed to close and paid no closing fees. Jennifer and Jennine of your office were extremely helpful. Living in Arizona and trying to buy in Florida sight unseen was a challenge. Your office people made it easy. I found out a lot of things I wasn't even aware of. The customer service was fantastic. They took care of everything for me. They even took videos for me to see what I was interested in. He understood what I needed and he came up with a plan to get it done. In 8 days my house was sold and that is the reason I used him for my next home purchase. We had a list of places to look at that took quite a few hours and he kept showing them to me even when I could not stand any of them.
