At the time of purchase it was hard to find what we wanted before it went pending but James was on top of anything new that came onto market. Once we found the one we wanted he did everything he could to get us a good deal. We are completely satisfied with our new home and have settled in so nicely! We had an issue with a broken dishwasher that was left out of our inspection and with no questions asked James gave us a Lowe’s gift card for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t his fault.
