My wife and I found a new home to buy off market. When we got ratified, we new we had to list our current home right away, since we were looking to sell prior to closing on the new home. Three days later, we had our initial meeting with D’Ann to discuss initial steps and when to hit the market. She provided a very helpful list to get our home “show ready” and recommended a competitive list price. Our home hit the market the following Friday, and due to D’Ann’s amazing home pictures, virtual online tour and premarket advertising, we had immediate interest. We had 7 private showings the first day and a half, which included 5 competitive offers, 4 of which had escalation clauses. D’Ann walked us through each offer very throughly, and answered every call and question we had. Our home was under contract in less than two days and sold well above list with all of the additional terms we requested! Our sale successfully closed two weeks prior to our purchase, which meant we had more funds to bring to settlement, leading to a lower mortgage rate.
