Short story, no regrets and great experience, Thanks Holly. I had a house to sell left to me after the passing of family member. I had little experience with the house or market it was in. I live 11 hours away and the house was tied up in a trust so I choose to use a realtor. My wife has a realtor friend who after looking at the Ocala market recommended I contact Holly. A quick search of the area led me to believe the house would sell for $120,000 . I told Holly to list it for what she determined but I hoped to walk away with $110000. We had an offer within 24 hours of listing and a contract for $145000 by weeks end. Holly's connections , dedication and communication skills made it happen. She was also willing to help with other issues that these circumstance create like disposing of the house contents , a car and cleaning.

Holly Denton is an amazing realtor! We had to quickly move our mother out of Florida to Virginia. It was so much for us to take care of our mother, and dealing with the sudden move because of her health issues. It meant the world to have Holly reassure us that all would be OK. Holly was smart, did a great job with our house listing, gave good advice, took care of our needs and concerns, easy to talk to/work with, and was able to sell our house within a week it went on the market!
