Holly was extremely knowledgible, resourceful, professional and sensitive throughout my relationship with her as my realter. I particular, she took much more than the anticipated interest in our home, which is > 100 years old, including the history of Mount Prospect which is reflected in its architectural and renovation history. This house was quite differenct than most in the neighborhood, and thus comps were not as useful as is typical. Furthermore, the house was always expected to appeal to a select buyer with a preference for a narrow niche of houses, compared to most in Mount Prospect. We had a series of challenges, with pricing, repairs needed pre-listing, showings and finally with a few legal issues that popped up on the buyers' end. She was able to provide excellent guidance and support during what turned out to be a period of trials and tribulations. She is not a quitter by any means, and once she took us on as a client, worked commitedly and resolutely toward achieving our goals.
