Dave and Candy were the best relators to work with! When we decided to list our property, they took us to comparable condos to look at to make sure we were listing the property at the right price compared to what was on the market at the time. We had several showings, and they kept us informed throughout the process on any feedback and offers. Once the offer was accepted, they took care of everything on the back end to make sure our process went smoothly. They told us when there were things that we needed to do, and when to do them by. They found us a great attorney that they work with all the time, and they worked closely with her to make sure there was very little we needed to do. We were able to sign the paperwork ahead of the closing so we just had to wait for the closing to happen to see the funds appear in our bank account. Selling a house can be so stressful, and Dave and Candy made it look easy! I can't thank them enough for being the best relators!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a property!

I’ve been in about eight different real estate transactions so far, and each transaction was with different real estate agents. Until I met Dave and Candy, most agents were “OK and Good enough”, but none of them impressive enough that I would reach out to for the next transaction.
