Chris was a referral from a friend of mine and man was i happy with the out come. He made time for us through out the weekend and nights during the week. He was easy going and understood what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. Great communication skills from him as well. Kept up on phone calls and text when needed. His knowledge in the housing market is phenomenal and he knew the area we where looking at very well. When we went into the houses he knew what to look for (problems, good things, flaws).
