Chris was a referral from a friend of mine and man was i happy with the out come. He made time for us through out the weekend and nights during the week. He was easy going and understood what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. Great communication skills from him as well. Kept up on phone calls and text when needed. His knowledge in the housing market is phenomenal and he knew the area we where looking at very well. When we went into the houses he knew what to look for (problems, good things, flaws). He stood by us for quite a long time until we found the right house and all worked out well! USE THIS GUY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE OR RENT A HOME!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This is our second time selling with Chris and both transactions went better than we could have expected. Chris got both our units sold quickly and for top dollar, we couldn't be happier with his work.

Christopher Leon is very rude, aggressive and eager to make a sale. Definitely would not proceed with this company. The same line used back in March was the same line used today. "Are you looking to move now because the owner is looking for immediate occupancy" He was more interested in knowing my credit and income immediately, prior to even scheduling to view the property. To see if he would prejudge I stated I had a low score in the lower fives, he INSTANTLY became rude I stated I had student loan issues, He said in a rude tone, "What? Are you not paying them" and then stated "I believe your lying to me or are not telling me everything I need to know about your history. I have to tell you, I can't get you approved for the home" I laughed and ended the conversation by telling him to have a blessed day.
