Very impressed with marketing strategy. Chicky was willing to list our house a higher price than what the market was supporting at the time. She gave advice based on her years of experience, not just personal opinion. Overall, we achieved our goal and Chicky was able to get more money than expected. Her strategy was above expectations and the house sold quick. It was very stressful and the buyer was difficult to work with. Once the offer was accepted, we didn't feel we had strong advocates on our side. However, it is not lost on me how stressful this process is and there are lots of emotions involved that can cloud perspectives.
