As a home inspector, I have worked with hundreds of realtors over the years. Choosing one to represent my wife and I was very difficult. Rachael was chosen randomly out of 7 possibilities. Carol knows the ins and outs of the real estate business . Carol really went above and beyond with getting the house ready to sell. I needed a new air conditioner and she had a person for that. Needed a handyman and she had a person for that. Getting the remaining items out of the house she had a company come and take everything out.
