Carol communicated with us throughout the process of selling our home through the closing. She knows exactly who should be doing what, how long each process should take, explained what every piece of paperwork is for, and projected what we would take away from the sale almost to the penny. She's so knowledgeable and her experience is such a plus whether you are buyer or seller. We have used her for both!

Absolutely great to work with, an absolute joy. Worked with us and made it happen! Words cannot express how pleased my wife and I were with Carol. Definitely will recommend to anyone who asks! Thanks again for everything Carol!

We had such a great experience working with our realtor. She was always on top of everything, incredibly patient, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. What we appreciated most was how honest and realistic she was about the entire process. She set the right expectations from the beginning and always made us feel like she was truly looking out for us—not just trying to close a deal. She was so informative and guided us through everything, which made a huge difference as first-time homebuyers who honestly had no idea what we were doing at first. 😅 She was always available, understanding, and never made us feel like our questions were too much. If you’re a first-time buyer or just want a realtor who will actually listen, guide you, and have your best interest at heart, we highly recommend her. We’re so grateful we had her with us through the whole process! 🏡❤️

If I could give Barb Bloomfield more than five stars, I absolutely would. As first-time homebuyers serving overseas in Peru, purchasing a home felt incredibly intimidating. We were thousands of miles away, balancing military responsibilities, work travel, and demanding schedules, all while trying to make one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives. We couldn’t walk through homes in person, and to be honest, we weren’t even entirely sure what our dream home looked like yet. That’s where Barb became so much more than a real estate agent. From the very beginning, Barb took the time to truly understand us. She didn’t just listen to our list of wants and needs, she learned who we were as people. She paid attention to the little details, our preferences, our personalities, and the things that would make a house feel like home. She could walk into a property and instantly know whether it was right for us before we did. She never approached this process as a transaction. She approached it as a mission. While we were focused on serving overseas, she was focused on protecting our interests. She consistently advocated for us, provided honest guidance, and ensured we never spent more than necessary. Her negotiation skills and attention to detail ultimately saved us money and helped us receive more than we ever expected throughout the process. Barb never made us feel rushed, uninformed, or overwhelmed. Instead, she patiently explained every step, educated us on the home-buying process, and gave us the confidence to make informed decisions. By the end of this journey, we didn’t just purchase a home, we gained knowledge and peace of mind because of her guidance. She became our eyes, ears, and advocate when we couldn’t be there ourselves. Because of her dedication, professionalism, patience, and genuine care, we are now moving into a home that exceeds anything we imagined. Barb accomplished what felt impossible, and we will always be grateful for everything she did for us.
