It is difficult to sum up all the positive experiences I had with Ms. Heather Shields as we embarked on a search for my future home in New Orleans. My requests were very specific from the outset. Because of Ms. Shields prep work, we found a wonderful condo that I bonded with quickly (unusual for me!) Heather exemplified professionalism, extreme knowledge of Louisiana real estate, was very prompt in all correspondence, and delightful to work with. Leslie and Heather were fantastic to work with. It was our first time selling a home and they walked us through the process and continued to answer our many questions along the way. Heather's knowledge and overall demeanor was invaluable during the sale of our home. She was always quick to answer messages, and proactively let us know what we should be doing at each stage.
