Heather helped sell a rental home of ours before with great success, and after my mother passed away we called for her help to sell mom’s home in Algiers Point. She is well organized, knowledgeable about our market, and gave us sound advice on what we could do to make the house more salable in a tight market. Mom’s house sold at close to our asking price in less than two months in a slow market. I credit Heather’s dedication and kind attention to our sale. Heather was absolutely amazing!!!! My brothers, sister and I had to sell my parents home that we all grew up in and it was definitely bitter sweet. Dad and mom built this home in 1964 and there was definitely a lot of memories. Heather helped us through the process of preparing to sell. From start to finish Leslie was there to answer all of our questions and handle a couple small issues before closing. When picking an agent I think it’s important to find somebody who’s in it for the long haul and that describes Leslie! It’s not a part time gig for her but a full time job and obviously her passion. I was also blown away with her photographer and how nice the listing photos looked. Most people shop online these days and I honestly believe the photos helped to sell our house in s challenging market. I can't recommend Leslie enough. We needed to sell our house after moving out of state. Leslie was spot on with pricing, repairs we should make, who to use to do a final cleaning, etc. There was no point either of us stressed about the house after we moved because Leslie was on it. She even went by and checked on the house after a hurricane rolled through because we were out of state. Above and beyond is an understatement. Highly recommend!
