Moving from NC to Florida presented real challenges in finding our forever home. Every home looks great on a website but to fully appreciate what you're intending to buy requires a look inside. We were fortunate to find Giselle and she worked with us to fully understand our requirements and features we desired. She weeded through the many homes that were for sale in Stuart and narrowed it down to a few options for us. Virtual tours saved us trips down to Florida and ultimately she found us our new home and we signed the papers after our first walk through. What I expected to take over 6 months happened inside of 30 days, and we moved down to Stuart less than 2 months after our search started. She is dedicated, attentive to the smallest details and aware of all the gotcha's that can occur during a home sale. She is very knowledgeable of all of the required paperwork, got us in contact with the lender, tax office, home inspector and the assorted vendors we needed to help get the house ready. We were painting the ceilings 20 minutes after signing the paperwork. Giselle stays in contact with us and has been helpful throughout.
