There were numerous times that we were not able to travel to Fl to visit the home in person, however, Gail made sure we were accommodated and went above and beyond to set up video calls and record many in depth videos about each property we may have had even the slightest interest in. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions that came up through the process. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to research each home to be prepared for any and all questions we may have. Gail truly cares about all of her clients and her enthusiasm and kindness is demonstrated throughout the entire house buying process.
