GREAT, GREAT, GREAT
I was selling the family home of 80+ years, and needed help on almost everything, inside and out. I was overwhelmed with Mr. Holliday's performance. He knew when some business details were not going as they should be, and kept me from making some expensive mistakes. After all expenses, we still ended up with a $1,000 more than the original appraisal. He helped with everything, even a bit of physical labor to get past some obstacles. He did much more than I expected, and I expected a lot. What a great experience it was dealing with Mr. Holliday. He is very good at what he does.
