If I could give her a six I would. Her marketing strategy was on point. Our home was sold within 3 days at the asking price. The photos that were used in the listing were stunning and increased interest in our home. There were approximately 20 showing during the period it was on the market.She kept us advised throughout the selling process. Her exuberant personality made a 77 year old couple feel comfortable working with her.

This review is long over due but Evelyn was the absolute best to work with. I had a lot of hiccups throughout the process (due to unforeseen circumstances) yet Evelyn made sure that I got the home I wanted. I never felt forced to pick a home, she always guided me with advice and made sure that I was happy with my decision. From the very beginning I could tell she just wanted me to be happy in my new home and did not rush me to make a purchase. Considering this was my first home, she was also very patient and took her time to explain everything I had questions about. I am now a proud owner in my first ever home and couldn't have done it without Evelyn. Couldn't recommend her more!

Evelyn was the absolute best. At every step she was super helpful, extremely efficient, and very understanding of what we needed. As first time homebuyers I know we would not have gotten the same results with anyone else.

Let me say this journey was so rough mostly due to my lender and other factors! Evelyn helped me get my home ready to show, she does a lot of research to know the best price to ask. In my case I was in a contingency with a kick out clause so I was under pressure to sell quick. House went on the market and I had 3 offers in 1 1/2 weeks and was under contract in 2. The challenge came in getting this house to closing without losing the house I was buying. I gave her very specific things I was looking for in a new home some of which we both thought may be impossible to find. Evelyn found a house for me that basically checked every box I had. Getting to closing on the home I was selling turned in to a nightmare but Evelyn stayed focused and determined to make sure everything went through on both homes.
