The photos that were used in the listing were stunning and increased interest in our home. There were approximately 20 showing during the period it was on the market.She kept us advised throughout the selling process. Her exuberant personality made a 77 year old couple feel comfortable working with her.
This review is long over due but Evelyn was the absolute best to work with. I had a lot of hiccups throughout the process (due to unforeseen circumstances) yet Evelyn made sure that I got the home I wanted. I never felt forced to pick a home, she always guided me with advice and made sure that I was happy with my decision. From the very beginning I could tell she just wanted me to be happy in my new home and did not rush me to make a purchase. Considering this was my first home, she was also very patient and took her time to explain everything I had questions about. Evelyn was the best part of the home buying process. As a younger couple buying a home, we had so many questions and Evelyn was there every step of the way to make the process not only easy but very enjoyable. Her personality is....the best! She is so fun and funny and makes the process so much better! When you have an agent, I thought of it like being a professional athlete where they have an "agent" who works for them to get the best deal for their player. That's what she is and actively does - she fights for you to get the best deal and is always looking out for your best interest. She is a mature realtor and knows how to convince a seller who may be having second thoughts to stay with her client- even if her client came in with a lower offer. She is very personable and makes the whole process of buying seamless. She has a very positive attitude and a happy countenance. Very trustworthy! We had some things that came up after the close and she continued to work for us, answering calls in a very timely manner- she did not leave us high and dry, but continued to contact seller’s agent until we got resolutions.
