Before we even started looking at properties, Erin and I sat down to discuss my wants and needs in a property, where I wanted to purchase, and my price. She also explained the entire process so that I would understand exactly what was going to happen down the road. Erin was able to connect me with a local lender who made a huge difference in my buying experience. Erin took me to more properties than I could count and was super patient with all my questions. She was very responsive to all my emails and everything that I asked and worked quickly to get me the answers from the sellers agent. Erin conscientiously showed me properties in my price range and never made me feel as if I needed to spend more or my price range was wrong. She showed me what I wanted to see, rather than what she wanted to sell. Erin went above and beyond calling HOA board members when necessary to get the paperwork needed for my mortgage approval. Through the buying process, Erin was always able to answer my questions or find out the answers quickly. I felt comfortable with Erin through the buying process because she kept me in the loop but also explained everything from the start. I never doubted Erin's ability to advocate in my best interest or was concerned that she would not be able to close the deal. I could not be happier with Erin and all her help for my first time home buying experience. I would whole-heartedly recommend her and would use Erin as an agent again if I were to buy again.
