Erica walked us through selling 2 houses and buying another at the same time, making sure it was all done in a timely fashion with no issues! She is incredibly knowledgeable, has an amazing network of professionals which led us to our Mortgage Broker and had everything lined up for us way before we needed it done. Erica is an exceptional realtor who truly goes the extra mile for her clients. I worked with her for two and a half years before I found my home and she was awesome the whole process. I thought I had found the home for me a year into the search, she recommended a property inspector that found some issues with the house that I was not comfortable with and she was very encouraging with whatever my decision was going to be. Erica is an absolute delight to work with. She's so friendly, engaging, responsive, and knowledgeable. This is a tough market but Erica made the process seamless. She was there every step of the way with recommendations on options, other experts to work with, etc. We were picky about what house we wanted and Erica never made us feel rushed or pressured into something we weren't 100% interested in.
