Paul was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. They understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a home that checked all the boxes. Especially with having a toddler, one on the way and a dog, there were a lot of boxes to be checked. His guidance and negotiation skills were top-notch.
